By accessing or using the OnSand Cloud platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use OnSand Cloud. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain full ownership of all data you store on OnSand Cloud. We do not sell, share, or use your club data for any purpose other than providing our Services.

You may export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
