Is there a free plan?
Yes! The Free plan supports clubs with up to 15 members including member directory, event planning, and basic chat. The Club plan at €19/month unlocks financial tools, bank integration, and supports up to 50 members.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers.
Are there annual discounts?
Yes - save 20% when you choose annual billing. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What if I exceed the member limit?
If you exceed your plan's member limit, we'll notify you and give you time to upgrade. Your existing members won't lose access.
