OnSand Cloud is a club management platform for members, events, and communication. Available and planned capabilities are clearly marked on the features page.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan supports clubs with up to 15 members. Larger plans increase the member limit and administration options.
Can I migrate from my current tool?
Members can already be added and managed in the directory. Guided CSV and Excel import is marked as a coming feature; contact [email protected] before switching if you need help planning the move.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. OnSand Cloud works on mobile and desktop. Members can manage profiles, use events, and communicate in club chat.
How secure is my club's data?
Club data is processed in the EU. Roles and permissions limit access to sensitive administration data; further details are available in the privacy policy.
What if I want to cancel?
Member lists can be exported as CSV. The applicable contract details are shown before a plan is purchased.
