Post Telekom SV 1925 Aachen (PTSV) is a multi-sport club with approximately 3,600 members across 18 departments. Founded in 1925 as a postal sports organization, it has shaped athletic life in the Aachen-Jülich region for a century. Volleyball and beach volleyball are central pillars of the association.
Offering
Men's teams compete in the 3rd League West, Regional League West, and lower association divisions. Women's volleyball spans nine teams from the 3rd League West through district divisions. Youth training groups range from U13 to U20. The Volleyball Academy serves players aged 8–11 in the Rhein-Maas-Gymnasium sports hall. Beach volleyball success demonstrates the quality of youth development.
Location
The PTSV is based in Aachen (Eulersweg 15, 52070 Aachen) with multiple training facilities across the city. The club office provides information on training schedules and venues.
Good to know
The club originated as a self-help organization for Reichspost employees. Following Deutsche Bundespost privatization in the 1990s, it adopted its current name. PTSV ranks among the oldest postal sports clubs in Germany.
